Information service sector is divided into three types of macro-services: Communication, Networking, Reporting.

Communication services are coordinated and managed by the communication function of the Living Lab Staff: events and thematic conferences, targeted information through newsletters services, promotional material (brochures, reports, events, ... ) to involve Companies aerospace & ICT, Manufacturing Companies, Associations, Universities & Research Centers and People .

The Informatic part of the Staff instead deals with building and maintaining the KLIOLab website that the different categories of users can visit to take advantage of the services of  the Living Lab .

Also Network services are coordinated and managed by the KLIOLab Staff: the informatic area is responsible for the management of the DB users and mailing lists as well as of the bulletin board, the forum and social networks, while the communication area is concerned with providing the contacts of the necessary skilled users belonging to the network of the Living Lab, organizing thematic one-to-one meetings  or among companies and research centers.

Reporting services are coordinated by the Communication Staff with a strong support of Public Administration, University & Research Centres and Freelancers. The output of these services are reports, thematic or reguarding the results of completed projects.
