KLIOLab was presented during the 20th ICE Conference, on 24th June in Bergamo, through an interactive workshop, earning many positive feedbacks by an international audience. Mariangela Lazoi presented the KHIRA project, Claudio Sassanelli the KLIOLab. Between the two descriptions an interactive open phase was proposed by the speakers to the participants: everyone of them was equipped with KLIOLab's brochure and posti-it in order to obtain interactions on Living Lab opportunities, threats and general considerations. The resulting post-its were grouped and collected: 7 macro-areas were obtained for the opportunities, 5 for the threats while the general considerations were useful to raise some ethical issues.

The main outcomes obtained were a network enlargement of around 25 connections and the detection of particular threats to be faced soon (users' switching costs for adopting new IT systems problems, IP and privacy issues, users' motivation to participate issues, hierarchies vs interaction, industrial control).
